Terms and Conditions for Payments and purchase
Delivery
We aim to ship all items within 5 working days of receipt of an order. However, customers outside the UK should allow up to 28 days for delivery.
All UK orders up to 1kg in weight will be sent by Royal Mail First Class post.
UK orders greater than 1kg in weight will be sent by Royal Mail Parcel Post.
Orders to the rest of the world will be sent by airmail, or by surface
mail when airmail is not available.
Postage and packaging costs are automatically calculated when the
order form is generated.
Customers can make alternative delivery arrangements by contacting the centre before placing their order.
Customs
Customers outside of the UK may need to pay local customs duties.
These duties are the responsibility of the customer.
To our knowledge European Union customers do not need to pay any local customs duties.
Returns and Refunds – clothing and footware
A full refund will be given (less Postage and Packaging costs) for
clothing or footwear that is returned unworn within 28 days.
Footwear should be tried on indoors, on a carpeted floor, whilst wearing socks. If you do not like the footwear or need to swap it for a different size then return it enclosing an explanation of the action required. We will despatch replacement footware at no extra cost to customers in the UK. Overseas customers must send us return postage.
All clothing and footwear is checked for quality before
dispatch. However, defective items will be replaced at no extra cost to all customers. Please return the defective item enclosing an explanation of the fault.
Refunds – Downloadable dvds and electronic products
All fees for downloadable dvds and electronic products are non-refundable.
Returns and Refunds – DVDs and
Books
All DVDs and Videos are checked before dispatch. However defective DVDs or Books will be replaced at no extra cost. Please return the defective item enclosing an explanation of the fault.
Refunds – Tuition, competition, grading and certification Fees for Seminars and Events
All tuition, competition, grading and certification fees for seminars and events organized by the Centre are non-refundable. However, for some critical circumstance we could consider transferring your payment toward your future training provide you contact the Centre in advance and it has been agreed by the Centre.

Enquiries regarding orders that you have already made and not yet
received should be sent to info@taichicentre.com. Please include the name and address where you asked us to send the order.
The Small Print
Colours of clothing or footwear may vary slightly from the pictures. The covers of DVDs or Books may vary from those shown. This sometimes occurs when the publisher changes the cover design.
