This is The Wu Qin Xi – 5 Animals Health Qigong Online Intensive Training Workshops for Instructors and experienced practitioners. The course will be starting on 19th September 2020 and taught by well known Professors Wang Zhen and Lai Jianhui who are invited by Chinese Health Qigong Association in China. The total teaching and training sessions will be 18 hours and the final assessment session with certificate presentation ceremony will be host on 4th October 2020.

This course is going to be taught in English and Chinese during the practical skills session and interpreted by Tai Chi Centre UK for the theory session. All success participates will receive a course completion certificate directly from Chinese Health Qigong Association via online ceremony and it will be presented by Professors on the day.

王震，博士，上海体育学院教授，硕士生导师。现任中国武术博物馆副馆长。美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校访问学者。健身气功五禽戏功法编创主要工作人员之一，健身气功马王堆导引术课题组负责人。1999年7月从事武术与传统体育养生教学至今，主要从事武术与传统体育养生的教学工作。从2007年起至今，曾到日本、韩国、新加坡、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、法国、德国、比利时、荷兰、芬兰、英国等地执行武术与健身气功的海外推广任务数十次。其在Neuroscience Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport等杂志发表论文多篇。目前主要研究方向为传统体育与健康促进，正在致力于帕金森病运动干预效果的研究。

Wang Zhen, Ph.D., professor of Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, the master supervisor of Ph.D students. The current deputy curator of the Chinese Wushu Museum, visiting scholar at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. One of the main staff members in the compilation of Health Qigong·Wu Qin Xi exercises, and the head of the Health Qigong·Mawangdui Guiding Techniques research group.

Since July 1999, Professor Wang has been engaged and mainly engaged in the teaching of martial arts and traditional sports health preservation. Since 2007, he has been to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, the United States, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, the United Kingdom and other places to perform overseas promotion tasks for martial arts and Health Qigong for dozens of times.
He has published many SCI papers in journals such as Neuroscience and Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport. At present, Professor Wang’s main research direction of is traditional sports and health promotion, and working on research on the effect of exercise intervention for Parkinson’s disease.

赖剑慧，女，上海体育学院讲师；健身气功·马王堆导引术功法主创成员；中国中央电视台体育频道《健身动起来》栏目“健身气功八段锦”教学主讲；世界和中国国健身气功五禽戏冠军；英国利物浦大学访问学者。
2007年至今，先后赴英国、德国、美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、古巴、印尼和香港、澳门等国家和地区，宣传推广健身气功，获得高度评价。

Lai Jianhui, a female lecturer at Shanghai Institute of Physical Education, Founding member of Health Qigong·Mawangdui Daoyin Shugong Method, Lecturer of “Health Qigong Ba Duan Jin” on China Central Television Sports Channel “Fitness Up” column; the champion of World and China Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi ( 5 Animals), visiting scholar at the University of Liverpool, UK.

Since 2007, Ms Lai has traveled over the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, Canada, Australia, Cuba, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau and other countries and regions to promote Health Qigong, which makes her highly praised by all the Health Qigong practitioners and players.
